Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The product received is incorrect
• The product has missing parts

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Important Conditions

• Returns are accepted only after verification (photo/video proof required)
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted

Return Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:

• Order number
• Clear unboxing video or product images
• Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are required to arrange return shipping at their own cost
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of wrong/damaged product from our side, we may assist accordingly

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Online Payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applicable on approved returns to cover handling and operational costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products (by customer)
• Products without original packaging
• Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
• Returns requested after 7 days
